I have a question...How long do offers stay available if they are not claimed? I couldn't find anything about that in the rules...

It is one of the main rules. It stays for 4 days and then the offer reverts to the person before them. Unless it already reverted then it stays until it is claimed. A member can change their offers as much as they want to though in those 4 days.
