I think the two threads are running concurrently. I don't think taking an offer in both threads would be inappropriate.

The two threads are completely seperate with a different set of rules. Shazzam has been a standup player and can claim them if he wants to. Its not like this thread has a lot of activity going on. People need to realize the threads are not tied in any way. In fact the gi ing tree was formed with the specific intent of being a bit different.

Though from the outside looking in, it seems intimidating.
