I agree - it seems like a good deal. I'm just really surprised that it took a 70% reduction off the initial asking price to finally move this piece. I think it just goes to show how illiquid a lot of OA can be - it's definitely not a market for widows and orphans.

or it could be that subject matter is extremely important for many artists. This shows that folks don't want just any Schomburg. They want Sci-Fi or Super Heroes.

Schomburg's Sci Fi work is highly desired by those with a focus of Golden Age Sci Fi art.
