Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I really like everyone I've had a dealing with or personally met on these boards. What a great bunch of people!

 

After Heroes Con I had surgery on my ankle for the second time. Doc said it was worse then he thought, had to put in two anchor's (already had one installed). They were to bring back together two tendon's that had torn in half.

 

They had to shave strands that had pulled apart. Then sew back together some that had split apart.

 

Fun uh??!!

 

So for now I'm laying in bed with a wrap around my foot/ankle up to my knee. This will stay on this next Monday.

 

I then go back to Duke Hospital to have the staples removed and wrapped again.

 

On the 16th I go back and they will check the ankle out and put into a cast for 6 weeks.

 

Hopefully I'll be able to walk without it hurting each step when this is all over!
