I think the Classics Incorporated Website is pretty clear about its restoration service. You'll need to send it in and pay for an evaluation.

 

I can tell you from looking at the scans, however, that restoration on that specimen would be a cosmic waste of cash.

 

In my opinion you should keep it and enjoy the read!
