If thats the case, he needs to close this thread.

 

Not really. This thread was created almost 3 weeks ago and then bumped yesterday by The Walking Ed with his "takeit" - the thread was obviously dormant, so it's unreasonable to assume the books are still available, and even if they were, the seller would be under no obligation to sell them at the listed price.

 

What's next - going through the FS forum for old Walking Dead threads and expecting the seller to honor sales of a #1 for $80 just because they didn't write "closed" at the end of the thread?

 

My bad, I thought it was a new thread. Didn't even look at the original post date. Dam that bump!
