For me,it really depends on how much of a eyesore the miswrap is

 

If it has a slight miswrap (not enough to make it an eyesore) I'll buy it.

I don't own many 9.8's. For me, the only reason to pay the premium for a 9.8 would be to have an essentially perfect copy. I wouldn't buy a 9.8 without white pages or perfect centering. I would just buy a lower graded copy instead.

 

Choosing between the two, I would probably take the lower page quality, since its a somewhat undependable part of the grading.
