Action Comics #48, 3.5 off-white. this was a former CGC 3.5 blue label which I cracked out. I no longer have the label. but I do have a picture of the label when I cracked the book out.

 

book is detached at bottom staple but firmly attached to the top staple.

 

this issue rarely comes up for sale in any presentable grade, and when it does it usually goes for a premium. IMO it's the best of the Action war covers.
