Obscure Question: Vampirella/Master Sorcerer

I have some OA for something called "The Master Sorcerer", which I believe was a back-up in either a late issue of the 1st vampi series or the 1990s re-boot (more likely). I believe Rico Rival is the artist. It says J-8051 on it.

 

Any idea where this was published? (issue, etc.)

I have a page from this as well … I was just looking for the source. I am fairly certain that it is from a bronze age DC horror title. I just don't know which one! :-)
