the board in general under grade consistently. If you follow enough in this forum as I have in the past 3 years and watch how all the contests unfolded, most tended to under grade than over grade.

 

Sure once in a while we all missed a flaw or 2 and over graded but in general we ding flaws such as stains, tears, foxing, PQ, creases, pieces missing, etc...way harsher than CGC.

I call it honest,and sometimes when people are emotionally attached to a book they don't think unbiased.

 

Perhaps many are emotionally attached if they are keeping their comic book, but I'm not with regards to this copy.
