Looks pretty good to me. A small something on the BC Top right corner. PQ is white. I have another copy of this book which I think is one grade lower that I will post next week.

Looks like a combo of dirt and slight dent? Could be cleaned and pressed out maybe...if it was you might even get 9.8?
