if the mark up top is soiling,tape damage or smoke damage(i've seen smoke damaged books that have shadows just like that one before) i will call it a 7.5 due to the fact the affected area is relatively small and the rest of the book is fairly tight.

 

if the mark is somehow distributer related then i would say it is in the 8.5 range as structurally it is very nice however the colors look a little flat and perhaps devoid of gloss typically found on the higher grade silver age books. Plus the BC is a little dirty as well even magnified by the scan i would say there is too much light soiling to reach any higher.
