I'm not sure what history you two have that is behind your exchange, but remember that this is the "warm and friendly" Golden Age Forum where forumites don't attack each other.

The book was listed three times by the seller "jgallo" and did not sell. The last time it was listed, the current seller was high bidder at 630 (reserve not met), so I suspect he paid around that price for it outside of ebay. The current owner is not a comic book person, so I think he was doing a bit of speculating when he bought it. Bad move.

 

Whether or not it is worth buying is your decision, but I wouldn't pay over 600 for it.
