The story if anyone cares: anyone that knows me knows I'm a fan of the Green Goblin, so this print caught my eye when I met Don Rosa at a small show in Dayton, Ohio a few years back. I never met him before and I asked to buy the print. He asked if I wanted it personalized or not and I said "That'd be great". He proceeds to write my name and signs it. He then hands it to me and said "I signed it along the bottom so you can cut off the name when you sell it on ebay." with no detectable humor in his voice. Keep in mind that I never met the man before that day and when I bought the print, it wasn't for resale purposes. However, now I can't see the print without thinking of the snarky comment and I don't enjoy owning it. I believe he sells them for $20...feel free to cut my name off the bottom.
