For simplicity, I would use USPS's Priority Mail Flat Rate options.

 

Box shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $33. Your comics would be slipped between sturdy pieces of cardboard with peanuts or bubble wrap between the comic and the box.

 

Envelope shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $13. If you prefer, I can ship in an envelope, still packed between sturdy pieces of cardboard, then put in a flat rate envelope.

 

I don't aim to make money on shipping, so if there is another method that you prefer, let me know.
