I'd definitely try to make an offer. $350 for a 9.6 is kind of high, right? I bought that one. I'm pretty happy with the price given it's double signed and has the sketch/remark of Death on it. Meta4 Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 I thought so too. Pretty much any raw 9.8 candidate for under $200 is good by me. Even if it turns out to be a 9.6, its still worth it. Plus, I already bought the sellers other copy and having it look beautiful upon arrival, I'm pretty exited to see this one. If this turns out 9.8 like I think it should, It'll complete my blue label east of west set to go with the double signed yellow set (only 1st prints) thats being graded right now. If it doesnt break color, then the bend could probably press out from an experienced presser. However, the top left corner looks a little round. Judging from some of the posts in this thread, I'm guessing there is a lot of hoarding going on with the expectation that this book will blow up in the near future. And seeing that many of these copies could have gone out to attendies that aren't comic stores(gaming shops or other genres) I would ges you have 15-20% that wont even show up in the market. Edit to add: Also this RRP is nothing like the Saga RRP as well. The Saga RRP was available in one location and people were able to buy copies from others at the event because they were given away there.
