Removing a Neutral?

I just got a neutral from a buyer I had issued a full refund to who did not receive his package after 2 1/2 weeks. Of course, he got the item 2 days after leaving the neutral. I guess the package must have slipped through the cracks somewhere in the postal system between here and Texas and got held up. sh*t happens.

 

Anyway, he'd be happy to take back the neutral, but I don't see a way on my seller's dashboard to initiate something like that. how is this done?

Peter - how about when a buyer says.."before I leave feedback you need to" and then wants cash to send back comics that are absolutely fine - they bought "the wrong one"

How do you remove a neg?

I haven't got one but they might leave one.

I'm not refunding the cost of comic AND shipping as they bought not what they intended.

A clear inference is there between 'money' and 'feedback'.

Any hints?
