I'm enjoying these bookend selections.

 

I see some are "visual bookends" others are grade or genre bookends, as perceived by their owners.

 

However, I took Billy's initial reference to bookends (DD Battles Hitler #1 and Silver Streak #6) as an apt example.

 

He followed up with the Fawcett CMJ - Capt Nazi trifecta. Again, apt.

 

When I think of bookends I think:

 

Action 1 - Superman 1

Detective 27 - Batman 1

All American 16 - Green Lantern 1

Flash Comics 1 - All Flash 1

More Fun Comics 52 - More Fun Comics 53

Wonder Woman 1 - Sensation 1 (sorry All Star 8, I just can't see that as apt)

Motion Picture Funnies Weekly 1 - Submariner 1

Marvel Mystery 9 - Human Torch 8

Marvel Comics 1 - Human Torch 2 (1)

All Winners 1 - All Select 1

Namora 1 - Sun Girl 1 - Miss America Comics 1
