Ebay sniping and buying CGCs for the cost of grading

Any gvien day, you can buy dozens of CGC books for $10 or less.

Just because you put a $25 dress on a mutt doesn't mean its now a showdog.

 

I check ebay almost everyday, and I don't remember seeing CGCs regularly on sale for $10 or less, especially 9.8s. I also check comiclink pretty regularly, and heritage from time to time. Where do you get these deals?
