Nice book, but I can't go any higher than a 4.5 with that piece missing.

the scan is a bit small, but the front has an appearance of at least an 8.0 book. The chip in the back indicates the page quality is probably cream, possibly light tan. If the chip were on the front cover, I could see the 4.5/5.0 range, but since it's on the back, I'll say 6.5

Books like this are hard and probably better ungraded. Anyone can see it looks vf but the chip on the side that doesn't display would bring this down to a fine 6.0. 6.5 on a good day. I have seen and own 6.0 books graded by Cgc with similar chips missing.
