Thanks for your help. I'm pretty good at modern 9.8s but don't have much experiencewith older books or lower grades.

 

The only thing to note is that there is a water stain across the bottom.

4.0? You wouldn't happen to have picked this up via mycomicshop's last auction, would you? If so, congrats on the win--you beat me . Definitely did not see the extent of the water stain on the auction listing photo.

no, I picked it up at MegaCon today. Pretty happy with it, too, as far as condition and price. I plan to get it signed by Stan Lee and graded thru Desert Wind, but just curious what other people think about it.
