COI
I need 9 more issues in 9.4 or higher to have a complete run from #59-101 (the Hulk appearances). Obviously, I don't have the Northland copy of #76, but I do have the Boston copy. You're a slave to the slab, you CGC apologist SCUM!
sfilosa
Sharp book (lousy scan). Since I don't have a Winny Pedigree book, I just might have to bid.
sfilosa
beautiful books - now all you need is a gorgeous #59 to complete the trio..... While my TTA #59 is not a pedigree, it is in select company with Doug and Tom's.

sfilosa
How about sharing some more closeups from your Mass Strange Tales run? I would especially enjoy seeing any of the Steranko covers you'd be willing to post. Not his best cover, but his first at Marvel.
baklo
Figured I'd join in on this thread with one of my favorite Thor covers from the White Mountain pedigree:
namisgr
Figured I'd join in on this thread with one of my favorite Thor covers from the White Mountain pedigree: Terrific copy with a truly great Kirby cover, Bak. It's one of my alltime favorites - what father of a son wouldn't react to it?
Red Hook
Even Coletta's inks couldn't ruin that one! Could you imagine if Sinnott had inked the Kirby Thors? That would have been a major WOW!
namisgr
Here's the Pacific Coast copy of the same ish, only not quite as nice as the WM copy:

Red Hook
I think sckao owned the Green River 9.4 copy. Wouldn't it be nice to see a pedigree lineup of the same book? We'll have to do that sometime.

We'll have to do that sometime. Interesting idea. I also think it would be interesting to take a Title, and see if we can build a complete run using only slabbed pedigrees. You have lots of Avengers pedigree books, so we start with #1 (someone post a pedigree), move to #2, and so on. Of course if Doug participates, he probably wouldn't need much help for many titles. Or we can just starting have a post thread dedicated to each different pedigree. Just show as many as we can, which would be nice as we make start seeing difference between them (i.e. some have better quality of production, page quality, yellowing, exceptional gloss, etc.). I'm a PEDIGREE ADDICT.

baklo
Nice PC copy, namis! And thanks for the welcome too fellas. I've been registered for a while, but reading posts more and more frequently. I've seen some beautiful books posted in this thread so I figured I'd contribute a little to this one... Here's another one of my fav's from the Winnipeg collection, X-Men #62:
sfilosa
Great book and I love the fact that Dennis's name is NOT WRITTEN on the TOP. Keep them coming.
baklo
Yeah, I like the Winnipegs w/o the name too. Although the dates on the WM's I like. Go figure. I'd also love to see more of your Strange Tales Mass run. And, since I know we share a fondness for Strange Tales (remember my PM about the 135? ), I'll post the oldest comic I own. This one's from the River City pedigree, Strange Tales #7:
tth2
You've got good taste in books! What's knocking that Winnipeg to a 9.4? At least from what I can see it looks immaculate.
