When there was an issue with my purchase (entirely the fault of the postal service) he went above and beyond to resolve it, and made it so I got my comics. It has always been positive and well worth my time, energy and money. And no matter how good the transaction goes; it is the care to shipping that will leave you smiling for an extended duration. He clearly has won one of those high school egg-dropping tournaments as his products are so very well protected from the, well, entire Universe of potential destruction.
