I have an avengers annual 7 that has those little chip things on the cover. 2 of them. I've seen several copies with this but i have also seem some without. This isn't my copy, but it looks about the same. Near the beast it's like the blade used to cut the cover was a little dull or something. My question is, does cgc count off for this? If so, how harshly? I'm thinking the book is a 9.4-9.6 without that, but curious if anyone has ever graded one like this and what the results were/ Thanks in advance for any info....
