How are you supposed to get 20 market place transactions if you can't buy or sell without 20. And how are you supposed to post...if you can't post till you have a certain amount...both your posts don't make sense. lol and I need coffee.

As crazy as this sounds, it's not completely off the mark from a realistic approach. Comicvine does this for anyone wanting to post alterations of comic book library material where you have to score a certain amount of points for previous moderated contributions before you are allowed to freely post.

 

Maybe that would cut down on driveby shooting posts we experience from sub-20 post forumites.

Whenever I run a sales thread(like I did last night) I mark the thread as a Watched Topic so I get an email copy of each post in the thread. I was just looking at the emails wondering why there were 3 new posts in the thread but I had 4 emails.

 

I opened the 4th email and found out why. :eek:
