1 inch spine tear at bottom and another tear about 1/2 inch away that almost come together to take a big chip out, another 1/2 inch tear middle bottom cover and the back cover has a chip out at the top of the spine (1/4 by 1/4 or so), water stain along the top edge that is hard to see on the front cover, more obvious on the back cover
