4.0 from me, looks like quite a bit is missing from the upper right cover

 

Maybe could see better with a larger scan or close-up.

 

For what it is worth GPA only has a few sales:

4.0 - 1 sale at $72 (2012)

5.0 - 1 sale at $149 (2012)

5.5 - 1 sale at $68 (2011)

6.5 - 1 sale at $215 (2012)

CGC might go 5.0 as they are very lenient with Marvel chipping, and as a result others are too, but that much paper loss knocks it down to 4.0 tops in my opinion.
