New X-Men #128 is definitely getting more attention since the announcement. It'll be interesting to see where the prices stabilize; this book was super hot, then super cold within the last year.

 

Yes it really cooled down, that was weird... I was going to submit mine but then just bought a 9.8 in April for $69

 

Wow, couldn't really go wrong at that price. Nice snag.

So, age old question. New X-men 128 or 129? Why did the market dictate that 128 should be worth more?

 

He appears in 4 story pages throughout the book starting with page 11 below

 

In 129 he is in 14 story pages and on the cover.

 

Thing is, 128 is not really a "brief" appearance... that's my guess.
