Picked it up (along with several other Atlas books) from a Used Bookstore in Ann Arbor, MI for $10/each back in '98. My daughter actually found the stack of comics in the middle of some kids books. Needless to say, she got to spend as much as she wanted after that find! Here's a few of the others (which I still have) -bc KirbyJack, Frisco Larson, Jasonmorris1000000 and 1 other

In the last story, the term " ho mo superior" is used to describe the advanced people on a distant planet. That was in 1959, long before that term was used to describe the mutants of the Marvel Universe. Sort of builds on Yellow Claw 2 - where the term mutant is used for "gifted" individuals with special powers. Just neat to see the early pieces and parts that will come together in a few years. -bc Accursed is the mutant... The mutant, the enemy, not only of the human race, but of all the species God had decreed; the seed of the Devil within, trying unflaggingly, eternally to come to fruition in order that it might destroy the divine order and turn our land, the stronghold of God's will upon Earth, into a lewd chaos... where true stock had given place to unnameable creatures, abominable growths flourished, and the spirits of evil mocked the Lord with obscene fantasies. From John Wyndham's 1955 novel The Chrysalids, a tale of telepathic mutants in a post-apocalyptic theocracy. Straightforwardly read, a sci-fi classic, but not far below the surface a warning against McCarthyism. I have a copy given as a school prize, maybe, after seeing this below, I should cash it in. https://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/BookDetailsPL?bi=31722225019&dest=gbr&ref_=ps_ggl_2038407968&cm_mmc=ggl-_-UK_Shopp_RareStandard-_-product_id=bi%3A 31722225019-_-keyword=&gclid=Cj0KCQjwzva1BhD3ARIsADQuPnWUkBFcTVeUWhJ6337nEkqtVq6bPiA5FQuBmVH_ZO15hqgeGAIrfz0aAtqNEALw_wcB Jasonmorris1000000, bc and KirbyJack
