I'm pretty sure that first dealer is Arnold Scheiman (the Good Doctor). I haven't seen him in years, but I really started cracking up when she said "how much is it worth now" and Arnie says "less" (0.54 second mark)

 

 

 

You're right, it is Arnie. Someone just posted this video on the CPG Underground board and Arnie responded that he knew the book was fake. If you notice, he is the only dealer who does not quote her a price on the book.
