Is eBay running like [!@#%^&^] for anyone else right now?

Note:

Whenever eBay or another site updates it's site, go and delete your cookies.

 

I had the same problem yesterday and today but noticed eBay added a refresh feature and then I knew what to do.

 

I also had problems logging in here a few months back when they did a major upgrade (server switch?) until I got rid of the old cookies.
