Book would get a green label. As for grade I was leaning towards the 4.0 range not considering the coupon. I can send anyone the larger scans if they want.

It seems as if CGC gives out Qualified grades for missing coupons that do not effect the story (and even if they do, I think?) - a green label is what they use...
