slabbing purely for completing

How do you guys look at this?

 

You can have a "complete" collection without slabbing. It will still be complete. The comics will just be raw, not slabbed.

 

 

+1. I have tons of complete sets. If I were to try and slab them all I would be out of money and space. Have some graded books but don't feel the need to have complete runs of graded stuff. When I get the free grading coupon once a year I send in a few keys.

With the shipping and slabbing fees, would it be cheaper to buy already slabbed copies of the books you want? That is what I'd do if I was in your situation.

 

Of course it depends on the comic. If it would be cheaper to just buy that comic slabbed (and it's available slabbed) AND that specific comic has no personal value to you then just buy it slabbed and sell or keep the unslabbed comic.
