Help identifying a book

A friend of mine has a collection of Gene Autrey westerns and this one below we can't find in OSG...can anyone help with value and/or scarcity or what exactly it is?

 

It states its an annual...front and inside 1st page is shown.

I checked that provided link, and it seems like it could just be an "annual" containing collected previous issues of the Dell comic. Found an old listing on eBay, too.

It's a British gene Autry comic. A copy in slightly worse condition sold on eBay for about $8.
