Amazing Spider-man 612 Azaceta Variant

Does anyone know what happened to the ASM 612 Azaceta Variant in the Census?

 

Not too long ago, there were three variants for this issue:

 

Garnov Variant

McGuinness Variant

Azaceta Variant

 

Now it seems the Azaceta variant is gone and I assume it's census numbers have been combined with the Garnov variant numbers.

 

Any ideas what happened here?

I had a very long conversation with the nice people at CGC. The Azaceta is actually a second printing book. There is a picture of it saying second printing floating around but apparently it was just a mock up by Marvel. Not a real cover. Hope that helped.
