2) Off-White or Off-White to White to me is NO REAL DIFFERENCE.

 

Not to CGC either. They have some consistency "issues" with page quality.

Yea, I think the price is high if the book were accurately graded. I think it's a VF-, but who's to say when CGC hasn't graded the book?
