Best way to send a book (back) to the UK?

4 posts in this topic

I recently won a fairly nice book (~$150 in value) with undisclosed tape from a UK seller and I'm wondering what the best/cheapest (mutually exclusive? hm ) way to get it back to him safely while still ensuring that I know he got it.

Any hard-won (or even slovenly-acquired) advice will be greatly appreciated...

Why not slap "Return to Sender" on the original packaging and send it back?

Never had to use it for an international shipment (luckily) but that's how I've always returned (fortunately, very few) items I've been dissatisfied with from U.S. sellers. Postage is already paid and if there's tracking info attached the service has to update it to confirm they followed through on returning it.
