Book looks VF+ to VF/NM but lower staple has tear along it on the front; it has not pulled through completely, still attached to book but tear is there so I am hammering the book; if you can live with the tear, it's a beautiful copy at a great price.

Looks much better but has very faint stains on front and back covers that can be seen only when holding the book in an angle under the light
