Remaindered copy that had a masthead from another original copy grafted (archivally taped) on. Plus some color touch. It would most likely get a Moderate or Extensive resto label, but I was wondering what the apparent grade might be.

 

I was thinking 5.0 - 5.5 myself but I might be too optimistic.

It could very well be a 5.0,just hard to get a good detailed look with those pics.

and the pictures aren't great but "terrible" is a bit of an over statement.

 

I don't want to blast other folks but this is not the worse we've seen people.

For comic grading they are terrible. I'm too used to scans

I understand but I haven't seen folks say the same for the other people who's pics cut the book in half. now that's TERRIBLE

Didn't say the pics were terrible/horrible.

I said "HORRIBLE pics to grade from." !! Which is evident by the 4.5 - 6.0 variance.

Nice pics to send to your friend, but not to assess for grading. Yo!

I'm getting this back from CGC

 

It was graded as a 5.0 with MP resto (started out as a remaindered comic)

 

You guys thought:

6.0

 

Oakman29 wins with the exact grade, but everyone else was very close.
