Picked this up recently as I've got a hard-on for Warlock.

 

Top front center, about a 1/6" tear. Front right edge, about 1/3 of the way down is a 1/8" tear. Several spine tics. Some NCBC's on front that would press out. One NCBC on back top left corner that would probably press out.

Book was advertised on ebay at VF+. If I buy comics there, I expect to find comics one, if not two, grades lower than advertised. So I went in expecting to buy a 7.5-8.0 comic.
