None of the books have been pressed by me, or to the best of my knowledge.

 

Payment may be by PayPal, check or money order. Checks and money orders must clear before books will be shipped.

 

Shipping will be Priority Mail, in a box, at actual cost. Insurance mandatory on orders over $200.

 

Will ship to Canada and overseas, again at actual cost.
