Check out this guy's items.

 

He guarantees the CGC grade or your money back. lol

 

More of the blame here is these complete dopes who bid on these books.

 

Anyone who graduated from middle school should ask this question first before bidding.

 

"Gee if these books are so nice why doesn't he just get each book CGC graded then sell them." hm

 

As I am getting older I really just can't sympathize with buyers too much anymore on obvious red flags.

By the time you get the books graded by CGC you may not be able to return it anyway...

Exactly.

 

The game here is buy really attractive Raw or CGC 8.0-9.0's then sell them raw on eBay. Hope most people can't grade and rake in the free money, and refund the people who actually send in the books to CGC .

 

The scumbag doesn't even supply back cover scans.

 

After seeing Wolf of Wall Street I was reminded of how people in this world are easily parted with their money, and most of the time it is their fault.

there's only 2 reasons someone wouldnt post back cover/first page scans for a high dollar book: stupidity or crookedness. I prefer not to buy from either type.

lets say the back cover was a mess and you knew sending it to CGC would be a waste of money...now where's your refund?

 

he cant lose-if you get it graded to get the refund you eat the grading cost and he gets a book graded for free.

unbelievable some sucker bought it.

 

Especially when you can get a slabbed 9.4 for the same or less. There are some sellers with a reputation for tight grading that can get CGC prices for raw high grade, but it doesn't seem like this guy should be one of them.

The seller sold a Hulk 181 tonight that he "says is a 9.4/9.6."
