:sorry: I know that one is in the lowest grade. But given that it's a key issue, maybe the most affordable for the poor Flash collector?

Last 10-cents copy - you will find an interesting article on inside of front cover, printed by DC. It's about how they kept the 10-cents price for 25 years. Pages are complete and none missing.
