FF48 easy, due to it being the first appearance of several characters...I vote SS1 only for artwork on the cover. I've never been a fan of the cover to FF48.

FF 48 for two reasons.

1) First appearance of SS and Galactus. That's HUGE.

2) What makes things go up is demand. There are a decent amount of Silver Surfer collectors out there. ALL Silver Surfer collectors SHOULD want FF48 because of the importance of the book to the Silver Surfer continuity. But, not all FF collectors want Silver Surfer #1. If you are a diehard Silver Age FF collector, SS #1 is something you might want, but it isn't a necessity.So, FF48 should have a lot more collectors that want it.

 

So that's my logic.
