ASM #15 - 1st Kraven & 1st mention of MJ. Creases and color loss chips on cover, as well as many stress lines on bindings, small tears at staples. Top of cover and 1st 4 pages have some soiling as appears in pictures, tanning to bottom edge of pages but still supple. Chip out on last page of story and letters page as shown. Otherwise fairly solid book. All pages and cover securely attached. I would grade this at 2.0/2.5

What does soiling mean? Looks like water damage on the back but the top of the front looks different. Please explain what soiling means to you. Thanks.

Appears to be almost rust spots on the back of cover and splash page, could be water damage as well, if so appears to only affect first few top of pages.
