Hello everyone... I was able to obtain alot better copy then what I had submitted before to CGC. I think I have learned my lesson and next time I am going to be patient before I just go willy nilly sending in things to CGC. Either case one of my kids can have the first one I had submitted if the census here is this one will be a higher grade. So if you would be so kind and look over this copy and let me know what you believe the grade would be... what concerns me in my untrained eye is the small tear at the top...

tears along the top mean I would be surprised if it recieved over 9.2. Otherwise structurally a very nice book.

Wow! I'm really surprised that came back as a 9.8 with that tear. As others said, I would have expected something more in the 9.2 range. Congrats on the grade!

they must have considered the small tear production related.
