As an update: I sent the e-mail to Vincent on the 20th and I have had "0" response to it.

 

So I called them this afternoon. I talked to Frank and what I got from him was no resolution to this matter either. He basically stated "it's added to your want list and you will get an e-mail once a copy is in". No Consideration, No Consolidation, Nor any out-reach that would lead you to believe them even caring whether I got what I paid for or not (Not to mention my time, effort and fees incurred).
