Haunt Of Fear #25 CGC 9.2 white pages (Gaines File Copy)

 

This is one of the toughest of the Gaines File copies out there. Took me YEARS to find this one and it remains the only one I have seen for sale. This was my introduction to Precode horror, EC and the master Graham Ingels!

 

Comes with certificate of authenticity signed by Russ Cochran, Bob Overstreet, and the leader, Bill Gaines himself.

#33 is not a common book and the creepiest and most halloween-themed of the run. My favorite Biro cover.

 

#43 and #54 are lower grade with detached cover and tears.

Lower Grade with obvious wear but still a solid book. One of my first precodes!

Venus 18

 

Great presenting copy in mylar but this copy is lower grade due to cover being detached and split in two. Also past tape stains are visible in the scan. They are smallish and are not too wide. No tape present now. Book also has a 2 inch lightning shaped tear on bottom middle of front cover.

 

Other than that, great looking copy of a rare and popular book that often sells for a lot more in any condition.
