The cover has creases on the top right and bottom right corners. I'm not sure what is up with the fading or scuffing along the belt line of phoenix and the box under the price.

 

It also looks like the marker in the "M" is John Byrne's signature.

I'd guess within a half point on either side of 5.0. The book is poorly cut, but the Byrne auto rocks!
