C'mon now guys. Surely the 1st appearances of Task Master, Black Cat, Spidey's black costume, the Constrictor, Gambit, Harry as the GG, and the Hobgoblin are worth more than $50 in straight-up entertainment value alone.

 

Not to mention the Hulk vs. Wolverine by McFarlane, Miller's 1st works on Daredevil, and John Byrne's 1st issue in his now infamous X-MEN run.

 

You could read them and give them away...and you'd still get your money's worth.
